How can you scan the QR code?
Scan the QR code with your mobile device and continue the process there. For many devices, it is sufficient to scan the code with the camera. However, some devices require an additional QR code app.

Activate Mobile ID
You need a Swisscom Mobile ID to use this Service.
Please follow the steps below to activate your Mobile ID.

Install the Mobile ID app from the App Store.
Step 2
Open the app and follow the instructions to activate your Mobile ID.

After successful activation, return here and continue.
Online Identification
Online identification is needed to verify your personal data. Please follow the steps below to identify yourself. The process will take approximately 10 minutes.
Have your ID or biometric passport ready.
Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera and install the ti&m ident App from the App Store.
Scan the QR code again using the ti&m ident App when prompted.
Step 4
Go through the online identification process in the ti&m ident App.
Step 5
To sign the binding contract, return to the process in the browser.
